WebI uploaded a sample of it here. You can hear the noise at 1 second in, 8, 10, 13, 22, 25, and 29 most prominently. The 22-second mark is the best place to be able to hear it. I have little-to-no electrical experience, so I'm not sure where to start. This is driving me insane. If there's a better place to post this, please let me know.
