WebPathway to Employment is ideal for new graduates and individuals who have limited employment and/or community experiences. Through this service we discover who an individual is, how they learn, what interests them and to see if they can acquire the skills for getting paid employment. WebThis individualized service offers the opportunity to identify a career or vocational direction. Pathway to Employment also provides instruction and training in job readiness skills and develops a plan for achieving competitive, integrated employment at or above the New York State minimum wage.
